As HR Manager, Cynthia is responsible for implementing programs to enhance company profitability and growth including recruitment, internal communications, policy development, compliance work, and performance management. Over her 9-year tenure with Rock Solid Precast, Cynthia has worked as Receptionist, AP Manager, and AR Manager. 

Cynthia holds a B.A. in Victim Studies from Sam Houston State University and an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management.
