As Controller, Keith is responsible for overseeing all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury and corporate finance. He also oversees and assists with all legal and IT activities. His career spans more than 15 years of extensive experience in private equity and public companies.

Keith holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston and has completed graduate studies in Accounting at Harvard University and an Executive Education in Financial Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
