As Director of Operations, Rafael oversees all aspects of our manufacturing and production operations. He is responsible for strengthening compliance, improving processes, while elevating output, quality, and customer satisfaction. He has an extensive knowledge of production, planning, purchasing, testing, inspection, materials, and process development.

Throughout his 18 years of experience in the industry, he has poured precast concrete, designed and created wet cast forms, supervised teams of 10 – 100+ employees, designed custom structures, and implemented a companywide software that simplifies all precast production needs.
