Eduardo has been with Rock Solid Precast since 2020. As the Health Safety and Environmental Lead, Eduardo establishes safety programs and protocols that assist in keeping Rock Solid Precast OSHA and TCEQ compliant, which has  helped reduce workplace accidents, creating a safe and comfortable workplace for all.

Prior to Rock Solid Precast, Eduardo served in the Marine Corps from 2012 to 2016. In the last year of his military service, he got the chance to attend an occupational safety course which in turn piqued his interest in pursuing safety as a career. Upon being honorably discharged in 2016, he began attending the University of Houston-Downtown. As of 2018, Eduardo holds a B.A.A.S., with honors, in Safety Management, with a minor in Business Management.
